Can I customise the focus of the coaching to suit my specific needs?

A:

Absolutely! My methods are based upon transpersonal psychology so are distinctly flexible. As such, content and focus are fully bespoke to your present goals and challenges.

Q:

What if I need support between the scheduled sessions?

A:

You have 24/7 email and WhatsApp access to your coach throughout your program. This is an important part of the service so I aim to reply asap depending on the urgency.

What happens if I miss a scheduled session?

A:

I fully understand life sometimes gets the best of us. If you miss a session, I am happy to reschedule with you based on availability. However, multiple missed scheduled sessions may result in fees or removal from my client list.

How long can we work together?

A:

The longer we have to work together, the more significant impact coaching can have. We have grow accustom to a culture of instant results and immediate consumption. There's even new age desire for 'instant enlightenment'. Coaching and personal growth is a process best viewed like brewing a nice cup of tea; the tea needs as much time as it needs to transform into a wholesome cuppa.

What is your background?

A:

The basis of my coaching is transpersonal psychology which has been foundered upon leadership development facilitation. I engaged in military training for 5 years with officer training occupying two of them. I worked (and still work) with the Inspirational Development Group leadership development organisation based at Sandhurst. I also studied Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology at university where I attained my BSc Hons. I furthered my education gaining a level 3 diploma in Counselling Skills and a level 2 certificate in Principles of Team Leading. And I am currently attaining my Transpersonal Coaching Psychology certification. For 8 years I have engaged in personal research attending conferences, lectures, and connecting with professionals in various fields. All the while, I engaged in my own spiritual and meditative practices. I am continuing my journey investing to learn how to heal.

How can we arrange a session?

A:

If it is your first time contacting me, please feel free to reach out via instagram or the connect page found on this site. Once we have connected, I am available to you through WhatsApp.

Q:

Are your sessions online or in person?

A:

My sessions are predominantly online. However, I do travel worldwide so if I am in the same location as yourself I am more than happy to meet in person. Furthermore, for larger projects, I am open to international travel. Such projects are individually contracted.
